Shown here are the 2017 design of the under twenty-one when issued cards. These cards contain the same security features and information as their over twenty-one counterparts. The main difference again is the absence of the gold circle with the transparent star and the “NOT FOR REAL ID PURPOSES” mark. As with the over twenty-one 2017 cards, these designs will be in circulation and valid through 2023.
